Community invited to Introduction to Healthcare Orientation and Community Job Fair
Fairfield, CA (September 5, 2025) - Fairfield-Suisun Adult School (FSAS) is excited to announce two upcoming events aimed at empowering the community through career development opportunities: the Introduction to Healthcare program and a Community Job Fair.
"We're thrilled our Adult School is able to offer these opportunities that directly support our community's career development goals," said FSUSD Superintendent, Jennifer Sachs. "The FSAS is committed to providing accessible pathways for individuals to explore new careers."
Introduction to Healthcare Orientations
Interested in a career in healthcare but don’t know where to start? The Introduction to Healthcare program is designed to prepare students with basic medical vocabulary and skills. Students who graduate from this program are prepared to take specialized medical training programs at Fairfield-Suisun Adult School, including Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, and Sterile Processing.
Orientation Dates: 9/16 at 10:00 a.m., 9/17 at 7:00 p.m., 9/22 at 10:00 a.m., and 9/23 at 7:00 p.m. More details available at: https://www.fsusd.org/o/fsas/page/introduction-to-healthcare.
Community Job Fair
Fairfield-Suisun Adult School will be hosting a Job Fair on October 2, 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This is a free event, and all members of the community are invited to attend! Save time on check in and receive reminders via email by pre-registering for the event: Job Fair Registration.
